There are two apartments in the house: A 2+1**** (50m2) and A 2+2+1**** (100m2), air conditioned and with a wonderful sea view. Apartment in the high ground floor A2+1 consist of one double berth room, living room, modern equipped kitchen, bathroom with a large corner bath, balcony toward the sea and a terrace with the grill on the south side of the house. Plasma SAT TV/MAX TV, laundry washing machine. Apartment is suited for approach to disabled persons.
Apartment on the first floor consists of two levels. On the first level there is a one double berth room, living room, modern equipped kitchen, bathroom with a large corner bath, balcony toward the sea and a terrace with the grill on the south side of the house, plasma SAT TV/MAX TV, and on a second level there is a large studio-atelier with double berth and one additional berth, separate WC, TV set and a sea view. Bequeme Ferienwohnungen in autenthischem Steinhaus, direkt am Meer und Strand Im Haus befinden sich zwei Ferienwohnungen A 2+1**** (50m2) und A 2+2+1**** (100m2), klimatisiert und mit wunderschönem Meeresblick.

Ferienwohnung im Hochparterre A2+1 hat einen Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, Wohnzimmer, modern möbilierte Küche, Badezimmer mit grosser Eck-Badewanne, Balkon auf der Meeresseite und eine Terrasse mit dem Grill auf der Südseite.

Desweiteren ist die erste Etage mit Flachbildschirm-TV, SAT- TV, MAX-TV, und die zweite Etage, ein Studio-Atelier mit zwei Betten, Toilette und TV ausgestattet. Ebenfalls Meeresblick.
